As a travel advisor, I want to go everywhere, see everything, visit every country. So I will start this blog with a confession. I haven’t visited Portugal yet. I was planning on visiting Portugal in this year, but of course, like all things travel, it was cancelled due to Covid-19.
The consumersadvocate.org contacted me this morning regarding my previous blog post about “How the Travel Industry Works” and they completed over 200+ hours of research on travel insurance in the post pandemic traveling world.
So how does that travel industry work? When I first got into the business, of course, I thought it would all be fun and shiny objects! While it is a lot of fun, it is a business, and there are moments that can be pretty darn challenging! (Especially this year!)
