Covid test positive

TESTED POSITIVE

Well – the dreaded result. It has finally happened that I now know what it means to test positive in destination and not being able to return home. I went to Europe on an almost 3-week adventure to Italy, then the United Kingdom, both on work and pleasure! I tested before leaving the United States for Italy. It was a wonderful time in country and then I traveled along to London. Well, London has removed all restrictions and I didn’t have to test to enter the country. My family came, we had a lovely “personal” vacation before starting my next “work” trip in London. The family went home and then I got a cold. Of course, I then tested and lo and behold more than 2 years into this “COVID” situation and …. Tested positive – now what?

PANDEMIC VS ENDEMIC

What is the difference between pandemic and endemic? A pandemic is a worldwide spread disease. The WHO officially declared a pandemic of COVID-19 in March of 2020. This term can be used to describe a disease that spread across a country, but usually its more for a disease that is spread across continents, such as COVID-19. So, what does endemic mean? Endemic means natural to, native to, confined to, or widespread within a place or population. This relates more to restricted to a particular location or group of people.
