Wine Making Torre A Cona

TUSCANY WINE ESTATE

Richard and I decided to get out of Florence for a day to visit a picturesque wine estate in Tuscany. The property was called Torre A Cona. It was built in 1066 originally as a castle, and later changed to a country estate . There are many buildings on the property now, to include an Enoteca, a large cellar and wine making buildings, as well as a hotel and some private villas/apartments. Torre A Cona has a large swimming (with a second on the horizon) as well a restaurant and bar area. This Tuscany wine estate is a great way to see the iconic Tuscan countryside.

Richard and I are off to Italy next week and we are so ready to go (well, except I haven’t started packing at all yet). But we cannot wait to be back in our favorite country together this time.
