Following up on last week’s blog about my trip to Australia, we found that is home to some of the world’s most fascinating wildlife. From the iconic kangaroo to the elusive echidna, the country’s native animals are both captivating and unique. Exploring these creatures in their natural habitat offers a once-in-a-lifetime experience. The animals are so extraordinary it is worth the trip to see them in the wild. Kangaroos: The Australian Icon

Kangaroo Island is a particularly popular destination to witness them in their natural habitat. Flinders Chase National Park offers excellent opportunities for up-close encounters, where you can observe these marsupials hopping across the rugged landscape. You can also spot kangaroos in the wild along Australia’s Great Ocean Road and in many rural areas.
